$124.60 ..

SKU: MSC9945EP

Description

Medline Maxorb II Ag Silver Calcium Alginate Dressing in 4" x 4.75" rectangular format provides enhanced coverage for moderate wounds. The silver-enhanced formula offers antimicrobial protection while the pure calcium alginate ensures superior absorbency.

Key Features:
• Rectangular 4" x 4.75" format for optimal wound coverage
• 100% calcium alginate composition for high absorbency
• Ionic silver technology for antimicrobial control
• High wet-strength design for one-piece removal without residue
• Absorbs up to 20x its weight in exudate
• Vertical wicking prevents periwound skin maceration
• Creates moist, healing environment for accelerated recovery
• Up to 7-day wear time
• Non-staining, reduces wound odor
• Latex-free

Clinical Performance:
The rectangular shape accommodates oblong wounds more efficiently than square pads, reducing overlap and material waste. The silver component works synergistically with calcium alginate to manage bioburden and promote healing.

Indications: Partial- and full-thickness wounds with moderate exudate including pressure injuries, leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds, surgical wounds, trauma injuries, and burn wounds.

Application: Prepare wound with gentle saline cleansing. Apply dressing directly to wound bed. Secure with secondary dressing as needed. Change based on exudate level, typically every 1-3 days.

Composition: 100% calcium alginate + ionic silver
Sterility: Sterile, individually packaged
Packaging: Box of 10 dressings
Wear Time: Up to 7 days
