All products and information available on our website are provided by featured vendors and manufacturers, with errors and omissions excepted. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, if you have specific requests or inquiries regarding products, please contact us for assistance.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are subject to credit approval.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, electronic funds transfers, online banking, and checks. Please note that interest charges may apply to overdue accounts. Any legal claims related to payments will be at your expense.
Warranty Policy
Product warranties are covered under the manufacturer's standard terms and conditions. Simplibuy will assist customers with warranty issues but is not liable for warranty claims. Simplibuy will assist in the repair/replacement of the item(s) only within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. Keep in mind, warranty policies may vary by product and manufacturer. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping items for warranty repairs.
Claims
Please inspect your orders thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any damage in transit or shortages, please notify Simplibuy within 24 hours of receipt.
Return Goods Policy
If you wish to return any goods purchased through Simplibuy, please contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA, please be ready to provide the following information to our team:

Quantity & unit of measure

Lot number and/or serial number and/or expiry date, if applicable

More things to note:

Returns must be approved with an RMA number and returned in their original packaging within five working days of purchase for stock items.

Stock items are eligible for return within five working days of purchase if unmarked, undamaged, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Defective items must be returned with a note explaining the defect along with the RMA.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed on the day of receipt. Most products are shipped via courier within 3 -4 days for delivery, with longer delivery times for remote locations.
Shipping, fuel, and handling charges may apply. Dangerous goods identified by the Ministry of Transportation may be subject to additional shipping charges.
