Acceptance of Terms
This section of website includes services provided by Simplibuy Inc. These terms and conditions posted here govern how independent health facilities and other customers use of the Site and Services. All products and information have been supplied by the manufacturer, errors and omissions excepted. Our website does not comprehensively list all products available through us. Please contact us if you have a specific request or product in mind or wish to confirm details before completing your purchase.
Product photos may include additional accessories or optional parts.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are provided with credit approval only. We accept Visa and MasterCard, electronic funds transfers, online banking and cheques. Interest charges apply to overdue accounts; any legal claims will be at your expense.
Warranty Policy
Warranty is covered under manufacturer’s standard terms and conditions. In the event of repair or replacement due to malfunctions or any other reason, Simplibuy will assist customer with warranty issues but is not liable for it. In case of malfunctioning or manufacturing defects Simplibuy will assist in the repair or replacement of the item only within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days period all warranty will be covered by the manufacturer according to standard terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer where applicable. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping items for warranty repairs.
Claims
Please check your orders thoroughly and immediately upon receiving. If there is any damage in transit or any shortages to order, please advise Simplibuy within 24 hours of receiving.
Return Goods Policy
If you wish to return any goods purchased through Simplibuy, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number:
- A. Account number
- B. Invoice and/or purchase order number; Or packing slip and shipment number
- C. Item number
- D. Quantity and unit of measure
- E. Lot number and or serial number and or expiry date, if applicable
- F. Specific reason for return
All returns must be approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning goods. Returns will not be accepted without RMA number and/or approval form accompanying the returned product. Stock items are eligible for return with five working days of purchase if unmarked, undamaged, in original packaging and in resalable condition. A restocking charge may apply. Special order items are not returnable for credit. For defective items, return the remaining portion of the product and enclose a note explaining why it is defective along with the RMA.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are normally processed the day of receipt. Most products are shipped by courier for next day delivery, longer for remote locations.
Orders may be subject to shipping and fuel and handling charges.
Dangerous goods outlined by the Ministry of Transportation as “dangerous goods” are subject to additional shipping charges.
